This is becoming total madness…California now wants an emergency loan of 7 Billion from your Federal Government. Just one of many States that require monies as they are being locked out of the Global Credit Market. To my post on the " other " issues that are facing our respective economies. Government at all levels…like a feeding machine that does not stop.

So if I earn 100k a year and buy a 2 million dollar home , have two new Mercedes in my driveway , take an expensive vacation every three months , have all the latest electronic gadgets in the house and of course we do need to enjoy our fine dining several times a week and all out credit cards are maxed out and the bank is looking for me…does that mean I can just PRINT SOME MONEY? Does Wamu still take Loan Applications?

The problem with down markets is, once you reassure all of your clients and invest the cash, there is nothing to do except wait for the referrals. I love this job.

Me too …American Express ( not Wamu obviously in Canada ). Like your wife my wife does NOT WANT to know anything about my world. Come to think about it if I recall correctly over the last week about three or four solicitations for credit cards. Isn’t it great to live in the U.S. and Canada? Credit problem…what credit problem?
