Does anyone know the status of this? I am in the class action, understand there was some time of appeal (not from UBS as much as members of the class action in certain states like NY or CA were either getting way to much or to little of the settlement amount). Regardless, I dont understand why this should take an extra 2-3 YEARS than the other settlements took (Smith Barney, Morgan Stanley, etc.).

There is a service that has been retained that you call via 800#. They will tell you 1).  if you are indeed part of the suit and 2). what the status of the case is (what I have written here.."its in appeal" "we will contact you when..") but that is it.   Any help?
