A few years ago during a dispute with my now ex-wife I took her cell phone from the house and went to another house.  She called the police and I was arrested for a theft charge.  I did a plea and abeyance and completed anger management classes and paid a fine.  I obviously must report this on my form u-4.  My question is how will FINRA react the charge?  Will this hinder my ability for employment in the industry?  Will this information become publicly available on the broker check website? It is quite an embarrassing situation.
