Just left ML the other day.  A buddy just emailed me that upon reading the FCAAP, Wealthbuilder & Growth award docs, he seems to think that i’m entitled to $$.  I’m going to get the docs to my atty, but was wondering, anybody have experience on this??

THey probably have some weird requirement that you have to work there. Don’t feel bad, I don’t work there, either.

I doubt you will get it since you no longer work there.  I had a similar situation with Morgan Stanley, or Citi Morg, or Morgan Barney, or whatever they call themselves now.  They actually withheld the taxes on the bonus but refused to pay me the bonus when I left.  And they wouldn't give the withheld taxes back either.
