If a rep leaves their firm, and say for example a year later arbitration is brought against the rep and the firm for an alleged incident…will the E & O coverage still cover the rep even though they are no longer with the firm?  Any input would be greatly appreciated.

The will be firms that, if you join, they will offer tail coverage within their E&O and it can sometimes help in this regard.  This is my understanding, so I can be incorrect.
