I am Series 7, 63, and 65 license.

I left the financial services industry 3/31/06 and re-entering 12/11/06.

Do I need to be re-fingerprinted?

The Indy I was talking to said Yes and the bank I am going to said No.

If I am supposed to be and don't, whose fault is it - mine, the bank, the b/d?  (I'd rather not let this happen!)

Everytime you change firms, you will be fingerprinted.

Who cares? What's the big deal? Did you leave your fingerprints at the scene of a crime? If not, STFU and get fingerprinted.
