Recently, several top non-traded REITs are seeing their valuations drop significantly from their original NAV. What are some of the REITs that we should watch out for? What do you think are the next shoes to drop in the non-traded REIT world?

This is news?  These things got blown up after the crash.  Do some investigative reporting... find the REITS that came to market from 2004-2007 that had leverage 50% and up.  They will be toast when the properties are appraised.

The Stock markets are now recovering from the bear that grabbed the market to near death. Many companies and corporations suffered from the fall and many were subjected to bankruptcy. Even the Lehmann brothers were annihilated. The markets have recovered a lot when compared to the trouble times. Hope the exchanges will keep the same or better pace in growth.
