Then why were you at work on Friday?

Denali & Boat - Real estate holdings that *will* produce over 7 figures?

Was I?

And all condos aren't under my first name.

You are being uncooperative.

You know, you guy(s) really are over the line with your exposing of personal information on the internet.

There's absolutely no need for it and I think you should stop right now!

Its rape of privacy! Its over the top.

Somebody lied on the internet, Oh horrors! Smack the crap out of him rhetorically, find a way to to discredit their posting, but don't go looking into backgrounds. There's no call for that.

Registered Rep should be aware of this because they are liable. If you guy(s) posit too much and it has a detrimental impact upon his livelihood, he has a good case of "Detrimental Reliance' against the RR, because they don't have an active administration of these boards (an active administrator should shut your posting privleges down and delete all personal references you have made. But since they are not here...)

I do feel quite naked.  But i believe these guys to be professional enough to rip me without it being detrimental to my livelihood.

Thanks though!

Congratulations, you just pulled the trigger.

For VA's, you do need the 7.  At least we do in my state.  I thought without the 6 or 7, you could only sell fixed annuities.

[quote=the word]

Don't really need the 7.  Do alot of transactional business.  Sell alot of VAs.

With that business model at a bank, that provides a good volume of traffic, it is not hard to do six figures?

Do you have a life or business?  You most only post on the internet and do background checks.  THe last of which is disturbing.

I have rarely met a wealthy individual who would indulge as a braggadocio about their wealth. This behavior was considered typical of the Nouveau Riche.

Act like you have been their before. Most of the wealthy that I know have no need to flaunt.

So we have to either believe that you have a lack of self esteem that drives you to boasting in order to feel secure, or you lack manners having the need to flaunt your apparent wealth, or you are being dishonest and your claims are bogus.

There is one other and in my opinion most likely scenario. You are enjoying a bit of hyperbole at the expense of many of us in this forum. You receive enjoyment at getting a rise out of those of us who unwittingly take the bait.

Done preaching…anyone else want to use the soapbox?

Shadow 191.....you don't need the 7 for a VA.  You do need it for a EIA b/c the undelying contract will purchase options in the equity market.  The VA is mutual funds and only need 6 for that.  Don't sell any EIA.

Wrong. No 7 necessary for EIA's.

You need a life insurance license to sell EIAs and a life and Series 6 to sell VAs

Thanks.
