Is anyone finding that people are slower to act or make a change or take your advice on anything right now?

It feels like, more than usual, people are listening to ideas, but not acting on them (yet).  Also, I've had a prospect recently email me and say they were ready to start moving the funds to our strategy, but haven't heard from him in a week.

I know people are generally busy, but what's the deal?

Is anyone else seeing people acting any differently than normal as far as taking longer?  I'm not doing anything differently than normal, so I don't know.

No upfront contracts? One of you is going to set the ground rules. You can’t get frustrated with someone who does what he wants because noone asked him to agree on how to proceed.
