I finally hit the 20 mill AUM mark, 1/2 of that is fee based. Not much I know, but looking back almost 3 1/2 years ago I would have thought it nearly impossible. I’m glad I got there but need 30 mill more.

I am following your progress as I have about the same ratios as you but I'm behind your totals by about half.

Now get back to work! You should now get another $20 million in half the time it took to get the first $20 million.
EZ, that's a great accomplishment. It means you'll probably make it in this business. You're really starting to roll now. Between market action, new money from existing clients, and new clients.... you should be able to hit 50m in the next 3 years.
