Looking for any knowledge anyone has about RR’s serving on for profit board of directors. Is this strictly prohibited for all RR’s with all B/D’s?

As long as you notify compliance about an outside activity and they allow it I can’t see how it would be a problem.

  If the company is publicly traded, you'll have issues.
