For those of you who have been out 4 years or more I have a question.

If you have kept track, what was your trailing 12 and AUM at the end of your 4th year?

And Merry CHRISTmas to all. (I hope that doesn’t distract from the thread!)

Why? Is your personal success and/or failure predicated on what others have done?

That's a "Help! Jane! Stop this crazy thing!" exercise that I wouldn't advise you to do on a daily basis.

If you know what I mean.

No, my success is not predicated on “what others have done.” In planning for future growth it helps to have both realistic goals, but obtainable nonetheless (sp).

I have access to EDJ numbers, but I guess out of curiosity I’d like to know how I’m stacking up thus far.

1: $103,000 in Commissions ($10 million under management)

2: $180,000 ($22 million)

3: $250,000 ($35 million)

4: $280,000 ($44 million)

Good luck.
