I just got a business proposal from a advisor who would like for me to cold call for him.  He mentioned making about 50-60 calls a week.  I was just wondering if someone might now what the going rate for this job is?

Thanks

Prime,

He's asking you to work for 1 hour a week.  Why bother?

you mean 50-60 a week? 275 a month? umm...i did some cold calling as a smith barney intern before. it was about 30-50 calls in a hour depending how many people picked up. I got paid $10/hr in CA. never heard of any other cold-calling intern/assistant that got paid more than $10 in CA, unless you're full-time as a registered sales assistant or client associate...
