About 3 days ago, my elderly and very senile husband wandered out of our long term care facility during our Tuesday fish fry.

He used to frequent this forum a lot, but ever since he was diagnosed with early onset dimensia, he was banned from coming here. My fear is that he wandered into a local library and has been using their internet access.

A little background on my husband. He worked for a major wall street brokerage firm which ended up becoming Smith Barney. Despite his hard work, he never quite got the hang of being a broker and did some options trading on the floor. I guess he’s a little bitter that his career never worked out so he takes it out on younger brokers. Eventually he ended up in training. He hates the old adage: Those who can do and those who can’t… teach. Makes him mad. Anyway, he still has delusions of grandeur and likes to pretend that he is still trading options. We had to sell our house to help pay for this long term care facility because he put all of our savings into something called a straddle. Not sure what that is, but it pretty much ruined us. He almost took my brother’s money with him.

Anyway, he’s spent the last couple years drooling in the corner. He mutters under his breath once in a while about puts and calls and the good old days. He has gone by the username put trader and I think people here call him putsy.

For the love of god, please help me get back my hubby!

I would like to compliment Mrs. Put Trader for the clever post.  She is remarkably bright, and damn good in bed.

This can't be the real Mrs Put. She wouldn't ask for advice, she'd do what she's done in the past when Mr. Put went missing, just follow the trail of used adult diapers .....

I approve of this thread.

We can all use a laugh during these times.
