How do firms usually calculate your "length of service"?

If a rep was hired in Mar 2003 e.g. what is their current length of service?

Is 2006 considered year 4 of production?   Year 3?  other?

In addition, what is considered decent annual production during the first five years of service in a bank program?

thanks in advance.

I’ve been told to increase by 125K a year by a friend doing 1 mil +, I use this as my personal goal

that seems a bit stiff if you ask me.

I will admit it is aggressive in the first 3 years.

If you're growing your biz 20-30%/yr you're doing good.

Actually I have my own office. Hey I’d rather be indy, but this is where I am in my career today, not tomorrow.
