I have heard that when you sell a business there is a decent ammount of insurance that you need to buy? I tried to find information online but all I found was a buy-sell agrement?  Is there somthing else business owners do before a sale?

Why would you have to buy insurance just because you sold a business?

Either Willie Nelson sold you some bad weed and stale mushrooms or I've entered another dimension.

No, I overheard a broker talking about a client of his selling his business and he was going sell (or he actually said buy insurance on behalf of the client) and that one transaction was going to gross about 25K.
