How do you guys keep score?
When you set your goals as financial professionals, what comes to mind? Is it designations, promotions, GDC, # of clients, combined networth of clients or what, # of employees under command or # of hours working?
Definitely designations. If I can get at least one new designation every week, I'm satisfied. I've got like 300 designations now. Unfortunately, I'm now unemployed because I haven't sold anything.
