Hello, Im 22, graduating college in May, not sure where im working yet.  Ive been at an independent wealth mgmt firm for over 5 years (sales assistant), im licensed (7 & 66) and have great experience compared to other guys just finishing their bachelors.  My ultimate goal is to start my own shop and whether thats 5 years or 15 years down the road I want to start moving in that direction asap. SO, where should I work to start building a book that I can take with me (its not too early to think about this correct?).  What should I look for in a firm to build a book and what steps should I take along the way?  Thanks in advance. <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
