Hello.  I was recently let go from a company because I let a co-worker borrow $80 of my own personal money.   Apparently, this was an in-house policy, with which I wasn't aware.  I am now in the process of getting hired by another company but had to write a letter to FINRA explaining the reason for my termination.  I told them exactly what happened.  Should this pose as a problem or should they allow the transferring of my licenses to the new firm take place.  Thanks.

Did this happen to you in the US or in Iran?
