If only they would get their act together.  Wouldn’t it be nice to have a credible, offshore alternative?  A viable nursery for smaller US firms–an alternative to the Pinks. An intermediary market between Latin America and the US. Offshore trading in a region with substantial tax havens and more flexible banking laws exist.

Our markets have crashed and burned.  We're over burdened with far too many unworkable regulations and inept regulators.  Maybe the folks who gave us Reggae, salsa, rum, and cigars have a better idea and can learn from our mistakes.  Who knows.  Still, who among us wouldn't love to live year round on some nice Caribbean beach -- except for hurricane season.   http://www.caribbeanworldnews.com/middle_top_news_detail.php?mid=484

I know SB, and I always assumed the other wires, all do drug testing. Not only for FA’s but for Sales Assistants as well. I’ve seen 2 SA’s in the last year, hired subject to testing, and then having the offer withdrawn due to drug test results.
