Excellent article by John Churchill. It should make you, at least, think about what your value proposition is.

I transferred in a $16 million account recently because the previous advisor basically froze for the last 3 months of the year and the client lost confidence in them. I’ve always said, “It doesn’t matter what your goals are if you can’t afford them and losing money certainly doesn’t help.”
