Where is the best place to find a retail group that wants a95% payout as an OSJ and get 50 million in ASSETS?

Our broker dealer would like to find a group of professional retail brokers that would like to operate as an OSJ under our firm in the Tri-state Area. The parent branch has $50 million in retail assets available to take over for the right broker or group.

I dont see why you would need several people to manage $50 million. The best way to get qualified interest would be to answers these questions:
How many clients or what is the average size balance?
What is the trailing twelve?
Is it mainly transactional or fee based?
Primarily equities or fixed income?
