Wells Fargo Advisors - What is the average retention bonus?

I was wondering if anyone knows what the average retention bonus was for a producing rep that moves over to Wells Fargo Advisors? Also, do you all think that they are higher or lower than other similar firms? Thanks.

that’s bullshit. its a total comp package of 225% provided you hit specific production and asset based hurdles. don’t make shit up and post the hell of it. you’ll run the risk of sounding ignorant
