RJ training comp

Does RJ offer training comp and is it for 1 or 2 years? Thanks.

Yes, they do on at the traditional NYSE side (Raymond James & Associates), but I don't know any details. You might PM "Maybeeee" and ask him. He sounds like he's in his first year with RJ&A as a trainee.
BTW, training salaries are not necessarily a hard & fast amount for all trainees. If someone has a high income from their present occupation, firms usually will go to the upper limits of their salary range for trainees.
