Raymond James & Associates

Looking for some objective feedback on Raymond James & Associates. Not concerned about the independent contractor or RIA side, just the traditional advisor at RJ&A.
What's it like to work for the firm? How do advisors view leadership/management? Is the firm more compliant friendly than the traditional wirehouse environment? Are they really advisor-centric? How does their investment platform stack up to the wires? What can advisors expect for transition packages?
Thanks in advance
