MSSB joint venture

Just curious what the new MSSB looks like since the deal closes this weekend. I am an indy rep, that has spurned recruiters. Will the two remain independent, or will account platforms eventually merge. Just looking for thoughts. Thanks!

word is that they will eventually merge platforms and consolidate offices.
