Merrill - Comp Plan Changes?

Is anyone hearing that Merrill is making some “exceptions” or changes to the Comp Plan for certain FAs to keep them out of the penalty box? Is this firm wide or on a case-by-case scenario?

BAI lowered penalty box from 350k to 300k....20% payout.

This is horrible. I have helping advisors with less than $300K in revenue setup their own shop. It is really not that hard, but does take work. 20% is a clear sign they want you to leave. Write to me if you want more info.
