The Last Merrill exec just left the house

The head of Bank of America's Merrill wealth management division just retired. He was the last exec left from the former Merrill - He is a great guy and liked by all of the FA's. Who will replace him? Someone from the Bank or from Smith Barney? The integration is complete - what next? - Does the Merrill name go away?
