Institutional Broker in need of guidance

I have reached a breaking point in my career and in need of some desperate assistance from an industry vet.  I have been in the instutional fixed income sell side for 6 months now and have established some excellent clients and prospects.  However, my current firm doesn't have access to securities that my clients and prospects are looking for.  This firm doesn't have the resources, support or funds to compete in today's environment.  I am commission only and getting paid out 40% GDC.  I know there's other firms out there who help young, hard working brokers out more.   Does anyone have any suggestions or contacts at institutional firms they could help me out with?
