Info on WBS

I'm finally interested in exploring my options. I'm 5 year in at a wirehouse and I don't feel its conducive to building a business at a wirehouse in a smaller market. There is a Wells Bank presence in my local market, but I'm unfamiliar on how they are different than Wells Fargo Private Client Groupt (wells fargo advisors). Anyone have any insight on what is known as WBS? Recruiting package, platform, referral system, etc??
