Differences in RJFS and RJ&A?

What is the difference in Raymond James Financial Services and Raymond James & Associates?
Also noticed someone registered at both RJFS and Raymond James Financial Services Advisors - difference?

RJA is the employee FA firm. RJFS is the independent channel.
