Building a NY based platform for independent advisors

I am a partner at a NY based family office and wealth management firm that provides end-to-end financial planning, oversight, and investment management services to the UHNW community. We are interested in building out a platform for advisors who are interested in becoming independant. I believe that we can offer a very attractive value proposition for advisors in addition to offering access to our financial planning services.
