Brokers who support a StartUp Robo?

Hello

I am following through with an idea Ive had for some time, I first created a flowchart, then coded up a series of pages that represent the usual discussion I have with clients, with then end result being I create a portfolio for them. So I am basically trying to start my own niche robo-advisor. My current broker is not a good choice to support this.

Can anyone point me to an electronic broker that offers robust support for a start up Robo like myself?  Thanks
