For the Benefit of the Management Team

Hi,

I have recently been appointed as a consultant in a large bank and wealth management business and have been asked to construct a paper for the benefit of the management team, advising them on how to differentiate their business from other private banking institutions.

The paper should acknowledge the key players in the industry, identify and analyse different wealth management objectives, such as wealth preservation, to meet client requirements and critically analyse the opportunities presented to the organisation by HNW & UHNW individuals.

The management team is keen to know if they should be treating the various segments differently.
