Bank management program

My wife is interviewing for a position in a local bank management program...
What would you expect the 1-year program's salary to be?

Depends on the size of the bank, geographic location and the responsibilities of the position. But I should warn you that bank management programs are not known for their high first year salaries.
Since this is a forum for financial advisors, most of the people on this board don’t even work in banks. Those that do are financial advisors, not branch managers.
Perhaps suggest a site like salary.com or vault.com would be a better place to check.
