BAC and ML Shareholder vote Dec 5th

What does everyone think about the probability of the vote for the merger passing? With all of the financials roiling this week does it seem less likely?

No question, the merger will be approved. The largest shareholders of both companies are institutions who are on board with the deal. The deal terms might end up being slightly revised, but no question, the deal will go through.

Unfortunately it will likely pass.
