AG Edwards Firm 401k Contribution

I was under the impression that the payout was supposed to be the same or close. I did about 10% higher production this year yet the firm contribution was less than last year. Anyone know why ????????????? Any comments?

It was exactly the same as last year…5% Required 3% Discretionary and .5% in stock…exactly the same, 11% over the SS cap I beleive
