Has anyone with LPL tried to download info into ACT? If so how did you do it?

LPL tech service is no help! Statement department goes nowhere.

I have a feeling LPL does not want to do this for the reps for fear of them leaving after the sale of LPL.

I am on the LPL platform, but havent seen this software. Is it on Branchnet?
