Compare technology at the firms

I plan to join SB soon. What experience/comments critiques do FA’s here have with their firms tech platforms. There is the much ballyhooed ML Billion spent on new tech. It sounds lavish and many say they set the standard. Comments/contrasts with SB’s platform are appreciated.
