I use to be able to click on a phone number and dial with Jones…

Chief, I think you can. I am sure Jones did not invent that system. I have no idea who the system is from, but try Googling “Web dial” and see what kind of stuff comes up.

What you’re looking for is either software for your existing phone system (eg Samsung OfficeServ Call) or a VOIP service (like packet 8 or voip.com). Both these will allow you to dial from Outlook or will be compatible with a variety of other phone systems (salesforce, etc).
