Starting at Stifel Nicolaus?
I am thinking about applying with SF. So I "ROOGLED" it and I have found mostly positive feedback about Stifel although its mostly from former AGE guys saying how wonderful SF is. Most of it also seems to be a couple of years old.
My question is this: has anyone here any actual experience with starting at SF? How is the training, compensation, production goals etc for new FAs?
I'm fairly young (in my mid-20s) and I have a few years experience in the insurance industry. Not 100% related experience but it has given me somewhat of an idea of what it will take the first couple of years as a new FA.
Any feedback is much appreciated.
you need to a great great place to work broker is king
Do you speak English hograham??
I don't think they hire new brokers. The one in are area doesn't at least. Mostly transfer brokers or joining a team. Lots of AGE peope(culture reminds them of AGE days). Payout very good for the $250k-800k producer.. over $1mil would be better off at RJ.
Stifel is hiring trainees now
Not sure you want to put your actual information on here..
Maybe in MS, but not in the north...
