Insurance or Investment Payout

Met with Metlife and saw a nice payout structure. How is the payout for other firms and investment places like EJ or MSSB?

Every firm has a differing payout structure. You might want to start your research with the annual survey done in the magazine that sponsors this forum. Then when you are weeding out firms come back and ask that question. Just a friendly suggestion.
