Recently applied at UBS. Does anyone have any experience with that firm? How difficult is it to get hired there?

if you are unlicensed and dim, it's almost immpossible.
if you're licenced w/ a $50mm book, you're in.

Or, if you have some decent job experience (even outside of financial services) and a head on your shoulders, you will receive consideration.

They sure are doing an awful lot of advertising on TV and radio. Their little jingle get stuck in your head.
If you watch CNBC at all, you'll know what I mean.
