Transferring MetLife 403(b)s

Does anyone know how to find more information about MetLife's 403(b) products without actually having to call them with the client on the line? I have heard there are 7 year surrender charges on their products, but I need to know for certain, in addition to if they require any extra transfer paperwork, in order to move the assets to my firm.
Advice?
