Raymond James Advisor Mastery Program

Has anybody heard any information about how to get into this program?  I'm really interested in finding out more about the AMP program.  I heard that there is a salary (and not a small one) for a period of time while you build your book and they dont expect you to sell for your first year at all. Word on the street is they really take care of their advisors.  I heard that the training is just as good as EJ if not better.  Any insight from anyone...............
