Pay during licensing for MSSB

If base is $75k, what would you be making during the licensing portion (first 4 months).  Does the base start when you go live and during licensing they only pay some sort of wage?

Associate salary is paid, from pre-production (licensing) through production month 18.  Salary decreases by 1/6 for each month from production month 19 through 24.  So, at production month 25 you are making whatever you have to put through the grid.
