Looking for a career change

I currently looking at a possible career change.

I am a strong process driven finance manager and a top producer in my department.

I live pretty high on the hog and need to find a possible new direction but have to be somewhat close to my current income with the option to far exceed my current income.

What are the best jobs with highest potential income selling financial products and services.

I am aggressive, honest ethical.

I am really good in my current career, I want to make a change because every time I achieve all my bonuses my company figures out how to cut my pay. It's usual and customary in the auto industry and after 20 years I am ready for something bigger.
