Independent Capital Management?
I’ve been offered an interview with Independent Capital Management (ICM) as a management trainee. So, do any of you work for this firm or know anybody who has? I’ve never heard of it before so i thought i could perhaps get some insight here from people already in the financial services industry.
They're rather small down here in southern Cali. I'd suggest staying very skeptical of them. I talked to some of them when I first moved out here. Something just didn't settle right with them - they talked about only having to follow up on warm leads to sell to. I don't buy it.
They seem at about the level of Primerica, First Investors, Ameriprise, etcThose "Warm Leads" are referrals from other clients. If you don't get referrals?
