I have my Insurance Licenses But no Experience!

Whats a good firm to join or get appointed to and learn how to sell health and life insurance? I am in Texas. I appointed my self to Aetna but I don't have experience. Any firms that will teach you and not take all your commissions?

Stick with the big name companies. You will get immediate corporate name recognition which will help.
You will likely need to get a Series 6 License to sell Variable Annuities. The firm should sponsor you for that.
I cannot speak for other companies but I know MetLife has a decent program for newbies that does not take all your commissions.
