Help Appreciated

I have been on the Bond Trading side of the business for years. I have several licenses including a 24. I have considered being on the Sales side, but for years, I made really decent $ trading. It seems that I need a new job in the Midwest. If you were me, were would you go? Company names? Try to do a Compliance gig?:(
BTW- I have lurked here for years and I really appreciate the knowlege you have all shared.
